Collection/Delivery

  • Premium Products and Services Ltd offer free delivery and collection of goods as part of the certain promotion from time to time. We use our own transport and reputed courier companies to collect or deliver the goods. It is customer’s responsibility to pack their goods in accordance with carrier’s requirements, so that it doesn’t get damaged in transit. Adequate label should be struck on the box of the item with clear information of destination of the parcel.
  • Premium Iron Services will endeavor to deliver and if so agreed to install goods within any delivery or installation time specified (if any) in any quotation/agreement. That time is an estimate and not a term of the contract. In no event whatsoever will Premium Iron Services will be liable for any delay in deliveries or installations and will not accept any invoices from the customer.
  • If the buyer refuses or fails to take delivery of the goods or to give Premium Products and Services adequate delivery instructions at the time stated for delivery, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to the customer, the customer may;
  • Arrange with Premium Iron Services to store the goods until actual delivery and will charge the buyer for the reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage and redelivery charges.
  • Where the delivery address is not at the customer’s premises, in order that the customer can comply with its carrier’s conditions, any claim in respect of error in the quantity of packages of goods delivered or in respect of damage to the goods in transit must be endorsed by the customer within 48 hours of the date of delivery.
  • Failure to make such a claim shall constitute unqualified acceptance of the goods and waiver by the buyer of all claims relating to error in quantity or type of goods delivered or relating to the condition of goods delivered.


Return/Refund Policy


If you have changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return in its original condition with proof of purchase within 14 days we will exchange or refund it.  once returned, we will refund the person who originally placed and paid for the order


Delivery charge will not be refunded even if it is a Free delivery item, the minimum of £12.50 deducted form the refund, if the customer wants us to collect the item, we can do through our own transport / courier. the minimum cost will be the same as the delivery charge £12.50
